The region around the town of Kazanlak is known as Rose Valley and is the center of the rose oil production industry in the country. Every year in the first week of June, which is close to the time when the roses are coming into full blossom, a rose festival is held in the town. |

Mursal tea grows in a limited area in the southern mountains in Bulgaria and is known for its antibacterial and antioxidant properties. |
