Becky: First is a word meaning 'no'

Petar: When you refuse something, make sure to sound sorry. As long as you show you are truly sorry, people will make no complaints and accept it. If you say it without adding any emotion or a bit harshly, it can actually sound rude and might provoke people to further comment on your apology.
